Samlesbury Hall

St Michael and St John’s RC Church in Clitheroe really was an amazing place to get married. The emotion during wedding ceremony was very clear. A smile or captured during the bride and grooms singing and dancing during one of the songs. After they had tied the knot the reception was held at one of Lancashire’s stunning stately homes, Samlesbury Hall. I’ve had the pleasure of filming weddings at this exclusive wedding venue a number of times and it is definitely one of my favourites. The guests enjoyed the sweeping lawns with the hall as the backdrop and Stephanie & Jonathan enjoyed a walk through the ancient woodland and even a climb on the Mayflower playground. As the quartet played the guests entered the 700 year old Great Hall which is definitely one of the most atmospheric rooms in Lancashire. The two Doctors and their guests enjoyed the amazing speeches and the band played on into the evening and it was clear a great time was had by all.
