Old Palace

This was my first visit to the Old Palace and what a gem it is! This Georgian manor house overlooking the River Dee oozes grandeur,

With just one floor between Lorna & Ashley, it was great for capturing them and all their close ones getting ready. Then there was a sneaky run to the Bridal suite to put her dress on. You could quite literally hold a wedding ceremony in there.

With an amazing pianist playing, an emotional reading and some funny moments, the couple became married.

Although the rain came down it definitely didn’t put a dampener on the proceedings.

The speeches had me and the guests in hysterics but there were also some beautiful sentiments said.

Taking a a walk down to the river was such a nice moment for the couple to enjoy each others company, ready for the night of parting ahead!!
